123 cookies. Are very good.
1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 3 cups ground nuts.
You can do different mixes of nuts.
You can add coffee or cocoa.

We live on this and egg kichels. Nobody touches cakes when I still have any of these around.

My original recipe says to bake them for 15 minutes, but I find they need closer to 20. They harden as they cool.
Egg kichel
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 3/4 cups potato starch
2 Tb sugar
pinch salt
Beat eggs together. Then add other ingredients, and mix by hand. Smear onto 2 cookie sheets. (We like them really thin.) Bake for 10 minutes. Cut them into squares. Bake for an additional 25 minutes.
