where I'm from a lot of the boys have the New Balance ones with the knob- think they're called feulcore.
I personally think they're pretty ugly (at least the one my son has lol) but my son really wanted them and they were very reasonably priced. I'm really happy with how they've lasted! Much longer than any other sneaker I've had for him recently...
