Does anyone have any experience on hiring reknowned speakers to speak at functions?
Anyone know what they usually cost?

In my experience working for a frum organization and having brought in speakers to an out of town community, a lot of them will actually do it for free (!) and just ask for expenses like travel and hotel stay to be covered. Some will ask for "whatever the organization would like to give." Others have charged anywhere from $250 to around $800. Depends on who you get.
