Hi. Is there any place I can get a vision test with updated prescription for my son in a day or two? He recently came home from E"Y and needs a higher prescription so that he can drive asap.

You can do a "telehealth" exam at MS Optical and they're usually pretty available. I was concerned about the accuracy but visited my ophthalmologist not long after and he confirmed the results.
