I just got this. It’s set up and connected but what do I do? I’m asking about the 3 day yomtov coming up. Will it go from yomtov mode to shabbos mode?
And if you have been using it, please tell me about the temperature settings.
How will I have food warm for the seder? Won’t it shut off?
I obviously also don’t want the food to get overcooked either.
Any tips welcome!!

First of all they are super helpful over the phone and will answer all your questions. But I spoke to them recently when I got a shabbos keeper and here’s my understanding - On yomtov mode it goes on to 350 in the mornings for 4 hours , then shifts back to warm mode . The oven knows when it’s shabbos and will switch to shabbos mode . You can also adjust the settings if you like. But that’s what it is set up to do automatically.

And no it doesn’t shut off. It stays on warm mode ( I think 220) the whole time , except like I said for yomtov mornings when it shifts to 350 for 4 hours.

I haven’t actually had it over a yomtov yet so not sure, but I would assume yes. There was a
pamphlet that came with it that might answer the question, or you can call them . Curious about that too actually.

I’m wondering what time it will be on 350 in the morning.
I called them today. They didn’t answer.
