Pesach lower carb kugels and desserts

I know protein and veggies. But I really also want some yummy comfort type of food like kugels and cakes/desserts like I always make.. am I dreaming? Any ideas? Oh I also really really dislike the taste of any artificial sugars.. I know I know.. I’m being unrealistic..

Broccoli, cauliflower, Spaghetti squash, butternut squash, zuchinni kugel

Fruit Sorbet for dessert, almond or coconut flour baked goods minimally sweetened with date sugar, dark chocolate mousse

No recipes but these are just ideas. Food you love by rorie weisberg will have recipes for some or all of these plus more ideas

I would love recipes like this if anyone else has.. I also make things like broccoli kugel and butternut squash kugel every year but I feel like they are not low carb lol

We love
Baked apple
Poached pears
Natural apple compote
Apple crumble with crumbs just on top

Spaghetti squash kugel is also delicious

Whenever I make vegetable kugel it’s just veg, egg, mayo, and spices

Example spinach kuglets
Defrost and squeeze one pkg of frozen spinach
Dehydrated onion flakes - optional
4 large eggs
2 heaping tablespoons of mayo
Salt
Pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Bake 350 around 4o minutes

Faux potato kugel
Same recipe substitute cauliflower rice
You could make yapchik using this batter

Spaghetti Squash Yerushalmi kugel
Bake and stand spaghetti squash
Once cool add
Eggs, sweetner, pinch of salt, and as much pepper as you like

Cakes is harder since I don’t bake

Leibers makes unflavoured gelatin
I like to make a 3 layer coffee gelatin ring using xylitol or you could use sweeties
I have an old school jello mold. Like this https://www.amazon.com/NewTupp.....psc=1

1st layer (which will be the top layer) is vanilla
Made with 2 cups almond milk, vanilla, sweetner, gelatin
2nd layer is coffee and almond milk
3rd layer black sweetened coffee

The ENTIRE mold is less than 300 calories and about 5/6 grams of carbs
