I'm annoyed that they made the lemon clouds look that way and then said you can buy the molds on Amazon. They wrote 6-part molds; Amazon doesn't carry them. Amazon only has semicircle ones that size and how does one create a "cloud" of 9 with a bunch of loose semi-circles?
So annoying to show off a recipe and then not give exact instructions.

We decided that the bubble molds were too expensive. IY”H we are going to try the recipe and put the lemon ices into lemon rinds.
