I use this.

You must spray heat protection first. Something like this is fine.

Yes I do my wigs myself, with a straightening iron or curling wand.

I use a heat protector, I like the ones from Chi or Drybar

I usually wash it first, and I try to not do it so often, because it will damage the hair over time.

But otherwise it’s still human hair so it’s the same as when you do it on your own hair
