Bais Yaakov, all types. From very Yeshivish to BY-lite. Girls who go after Sem are coming from all types of places, In-town and out-of town seminaries. They cater to the Baltimore crowd first and foremost but girls come from everywhere. My daughter is applying (between WITS and Sara Schenirer) The two girls from our town who went are both yeshivish from very frum homes. They boarded by families.
The pros are pretty attractive, it's like attending a real school, great classes that are challenging and make you think, social life, they are INCREDIBLY hands on with career counseling, helping aquire internships, hashkafically based classes on being female in the work world, etc.
The Cons, it takes a little bit longer, (by about a half year to a year and a half?) then SS and it's in Baltimore (con if you dont live there. Nothing bad about Baltimore)
