Anyone know of any good potato kugel recipes for someone with an egg allergy?

Eggless Potato Kugel

6 c. grated potatoes
2 onions
9 T potato starch
2 t. salt
dash pepper
5 T. oil

Thin layer in 9 x 13

I actually make potato kugel with eggs for the whole family but before I add anything to the grated potatoes and onions, I scoop a large cupful into a very well oiled pan, add a spoonful of potato starch, salt and pepper to the small pan and then make the rest in a 9x 13 for the rest of the family

I make it all the time. I just omit the eggs and put in more oil. Tastes delicious and my kids love it more than the regular one.
