What is the name of the new company? And which stores in Lakewood have you seen it?
I'm in the middle of making an order & I don't see it under greens in 3 different stores, but if I know the name maybe I can find it. Or is it not being sold for Pesach?
And what about the strawberries they were promising????

think they might be a problem to use on Shabbos, because the roots are attached.

Can I ask why anyone would want herbs with soil?

They keep fresh for a long time - as long as they're attached. The pkg tells you to cut off the soil before Shabbos.
I like to buy a lot of parsley & other herbs for Pesach, I mince in food processor & freeze in a container, you can just scoop out a spoonful whenever you need as it doesn't really freeze in a block. (I thought I would do in ice cube trays or spoonsfuls on a cookie sheet but you really don't need to).
So I'm debating if I should use this instead of the other kind, have to see where I can find it.
