The cord on this large powerful countertop oven is unusually short. Its shorter than all other countertop ovens ive ever had.
What kind of extension cord do I buy for safety?

Buy a cord with 15 amps. That is what you need for safety and good usage. You can just walk into a local hardware store.

You can choose something shorter than this to make it easier and less likely to tangle/get wet. Measure how many feet you need and then add an extra foot or two.
