Op the most important thing right now is to start keeping track of your income and expenses.
Maybe outsource your bookkeeping or get someone to set up a QB file and give you some training.
Review the numbers monthly and learn from your mistakes.
Also make sure your accountant is competent. For ex if you register for sale tax a year after you opened your business the govt can start asking what did you do last year and demand their money.... A good accountant knows how to deal with this.
Good luck I have never started a business but I have helped many new companies... It's tough but hashem helps
