Coming off the side dishes thread. Anyone know if I can freeze:
Chicken on the bone baked
Lemon bars
Crepes/noodles (what about fully assembled potato blintzes)
Cooked salmon
Any other ideas of stuff I can make ahead and freeze? Working until erev and want to get ahead...

I would not freeze cooked salmon.
Potato blintzes freeze ok but rewarm them well.
Crepes freeze fine

Your crepes (fully assembled or just rolled up leaves) and lemon bars.
The chicken you can season now and freeze in the pan you will bake it in. Bake fresh.

Reheated baked chicken tastes pretty gross.

No to the fish. And baked chicken. But you can defiantly freeze the crepes. I made toms and put them in the freezer.

Prep the chicken and salmon now. Freeze raw. Defrost when you need it and bake then. Will taste totally fresh.
