Get a spray tan.

Morrocan tan is fab. Esp for pale skin like moi.

I wouldnt experiment with a new product myself just before ymtv.

Is Moroccan tan a product or salon?

I like this the best.
But I wouldn't try it for the 1st time right before a yomtov. There's a learning curve how to apply.

This is a great tutorial.

Do these products ruin complexion over time or is it like makeup?

Its a product they use in salons.

Thats all Iv ever used but there are plenty other types of spray tan.

I use a self tanning moisturiser too and lots of sprays and creams, but I still love the unofprm look and glpw of getting it done proffesionally.

What do you do to prevent the lotion clogging pores? I read on line to ice your face first. Does this really work? I love the glow I get from tanning lotion but can't stand the black spots,

So not use first time on a chag. I ended up with tan lines all over the place first time I tried it.
You need to learn how much product your face needs, etc

Thanks for all your advice! I bought dove tanning lotion. I tried last night and woke up and it looks soft gentle glow. If I do again tomorrow morning will I go even darker? I want it to last! Don't want it to too dark

If its the light one wont go too dark.

Iv used the light one before but I use a lot of fake tan and wanted even darker.
I think my skin got 'used' to it sort of...

I now use the dark one and its really nice.
Not so buildable which is good because I can do it once and have a little glow rather then wait for it to build up.

I still prefer getting it done.
I do wear a bit of foundation when I do it myself but not when I get it done professionally.

Id do a few more times if you want it to last.

Have you ever used before?

Tried it first time. Was scared to try it tomorrow and mess up. It looks great. So the dove fair to medium won't make me alot darker if I put it on again tomorrow night? Now its just right for my pale skin. I'm afraid tomorrow ill be orange

Thats great!

No, dont find it ever goes orange.

I think orange would mean getting a much darker product to begin with.
Personally I have never been orange.

Thats why I like the products I use and Im always nervous to go with something new.

I would put on at least one more time.
You want it dark to last at least 3 days.

For hands and arms I use Garnier summer body gradual tan moisturiser.
I used to use the light one, It takes a few days to build up a gorgeous colour!

I dont do legs because I never know how I should go to bed without smudging it, esp the knees.

I now use the darker one.
V similar results but doesnt need a few days worth.

For the face I have used the garnier tan SPRAY for face. Works really nicely, but again, I think my skin built up resistance and now even the dark one doesnt do so much to me.

I now use the dove gradual tan face cream in the dark.
Light is also great, but again, takes a few applications.

There is a spray by St Tropez bronzing water face mist. Its a clear spray and give you a really nice glow.

I use the Neutregena tanning spray. I see it’s not listed as approved for Pesach; I think it’s because the sprays have alcohol.
