It wasn’t wet so I know it’s not from urine. It wasn’t from the back. It was definitely coming from her privates. Should I be concerned?
Edit she’s 2

If she is not a newborn, did she have a lot of beets? It makes the urine red.

That’s what DH said. I didn’t see anything. Her diaper was completely clean and dry except for a few stains of bloods.

Boo boo sounds like it's hurting there, and it's not an area that would normally get cut, because she's always protected by a diaper. I would take her to a doctor to get checked out. It sounds very weird.

Does she sometimes hide things in her diaper? Maybe from that?

Note you’re scaring me. This happened over chag. We were with extended family. She was with me 90% of the time. She went up with the other kids for a very short time maybe 5 minutes. I got very scared but dh said I’m over thinking this she’s only 2.

Urinary tract infections can sometimes cause so bleeding; McCune Albright Syndrome can cause precocious puberty (with young onset menstruation).
Either way, please take her to the doctor.

My DD had blood once and I initially was nervous but then I layed her down on the floor and really took a good look and found a small cut. Once that cleared up she was fine.
If chv something bad would have happened I would expect a large amount of blood. I would look carefully again for a cut.

I’m away now. But I’ll try to leave him a message.

I would take her to the pediatrician immediately and have them check it out.

Is this really an emergency? I’m out of country. It’s 1.5 hours to chag.

If she’s not complaining any more I would wait until after yt. I don’t think it’s an emergency, more like checking to be safe
