Is it possible, when ordering a kosher meal on an airline, to ask that it also be milchig/parve = "vegetarian"? I'm afraid if I just put "kosher vegetarian" in the meal request section that they'll think I'm okay with a kosher meal OR their standard vegetarian meal which does not have a hechsher, which I could not eat.
Thoughts? Or just don't eat the fleishig entree and eat the sides and deal with it? It just seems wasteful!

How strict are you as a vegetarian? In a tv dinner, the sauce from the meat/chicken will spread to the side dishes.

Not so strict that a tiny bit of sauce that leaked into the rice section or whatever would mean I wouldn’t eat it. Usually the things come packaged separately for the most part or in a sectioned container.
