Who remembers the store you name it on 13th Ave? It was my favorite store. The lady how she used to personalize with the paint markers.
I remember being sooo upset when they closed down.

How about the Glatt Kosher Crown Hotel in Miami Beach with all the old ladies sitting on the front porch.

I don’t remember record players but I do remember tokens. Also those plastic gem bracelets that we got as prizes. Tried finding a picture on google but I couldn’t.

Metro cards only became a thing in the late 90’s.
I just googled when tokens became obsolete. I must be really really old if 2003 doesn’t sound all that long ago to me. (At least I am not so old that I don’t know how to use the internet 🤣)
