Especially the last leave inside are very wrinkled. Do you check it or throw parts away. I’m referring to the “kosher” lettuce

The whole point of buying "kosher" lettuce is that you don't have to check it. Unless you mean national brands like Dole, not Alei Katif which is specifically grown in a way that precludes bugs.
