I intend to go back to work after Sukkos. When do I find a babysitter? I feel like it's too early but don't want to miss my opportunity to find a small group.

It's not too early? I don't really see many groups advertising for next year yet. I've been checking the BP - is there anywhere else I should look?

They don't advertise, they fill up way before that and you don't want to miss it. It's definitely not too early.
