OP, could I suggest you check www.TheRealReal.com for a gently used bag? I just searched for "Marc Jacobs crossbody" and there were tons of options starting around $50.
Deliberately buying a counterfeit designer bag is not just wrong in a theoretical way -- I know, Marc Jacobs isn't going to personally suffer because you bought a fake.
But the counterfeit luxury bag business pours millions of dollars every year into the hands of the worst people in the world: terrorists and crime syndicates involved in the slave trade, child labor, and s-x trafficking.
If you're looking to spend just a few dollars, at least purchase something that is styled like the bag you want but isn't literally pretending to be the real thing.
If the sellers can't show you what their product looks like for legal reasons . . . it's a pretty good bet these are not people to do business with -- even just a few dollars.

Lol! Absolutely right. There's another thread going about using mental health terms to exaggerate normal human experiences. Nobody's brought it up, but I'm pretty sure that teenage whining leads to its own special form of PTSD.
