I am iy"h making sheva brochos for a friend of mine and would like to give out a keepsake (such as a bencher) w/ the couples picture and the date... I cant figure out what to give out.. I can spend about 2-3 dollars per person... I have already had the stickers made.. any ideas? I feel silly iving out a bnecher cuz they did at the wedding

We gave out place mats at one sheva brochos w/ a pic of the couple and it said "Only a couple that MATches so perfectly can be PLACEd together" twas a real hit.

we gave out cookie cutters that were attached to a card, that said "perfectly cut out for each other, and inside there was a recipe for sugar cookies.

BUMP.. also.. should I leave the shotcups empty ( we will be serving alcohol) or add candy into each cup and if yes should I put it on the table rightaway or bring it out w/ desert?

#1- are you sure the couple (especially the wife) wouldn't mind to have their pics on glasses other ppl will take home and keep and reuse? Would it be better to put their names and wedding date?

#2- if you plan to use them right then, don't forget to toivel them. Smile

I've also never heard of giving keepsakes at sheva brachos. Green companies do it for you.

I would say yes to the candy and I would put them at each place before everyone gets there this way if someone leaves early they still can get them. As for a poem I have no clue Sorry
