My baby (12 mos) fell forward, bumped her nose and it started gushing. It stopped after a few minutes, but every half hour or so it starts again. Could she have done something more than just bump it? Should I be concerned?

She probably got some bruise inside. With a q tip try putting in neosporin or bacitracin-heard this truck from an ent. Try doing it 2x a day for a few days till it heals.
