And how I can’t find it.. used boxed instant items. Anyone know where I can find?

Was it something like this
Ingredients

2 packages refrigerator chocolate chip cookie dough
20 double stuffed oreos
1 box brownie mix (+ eggs & oil if needed per box instructions)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Press refrigerator cookie dough into the bottom of your pan. I let mine get to room temperature so it was easier to create a nice even layer of chocolate chip cookie dough
Place Oreos in rows covering the cookie dough layer.
Make brownie mix according to package directions. Pour brownie batter on top of your oreo layer, making sure to cover all the cracks and crevices.
Bake for 35 -40 min Check with a toothpick for doneness.

Do I add the water to the brownie mix? I wasn’t sure if I follow the box directions or only egg and oil.

Yes- whatever box ingredient requirements are.
