I noticed in the book let’s go to the park there is a kid in a wheelchair and a dark skinned girl in the picture.
In a few of the toddler learning books they have it

I think Investigators 2 comic book has one of the main characters with dark skin, maybe he's Teimani. They go back in time to 12th century England and one of the people there comments on it.

There are a couple of black children in the “39 Melachos” book. I love it because it’s such an old book, and the different races of the characters is not the emphasis. How representation should be done.

Also “Secrets of the Aleph Beis” has a black frum boy. Race is not emphasized at all. Just diverse Jewish representation.

This I noticed in the book (which btw I love). I agree with you that it's exactly the right way to approach it.

Yes. It might be just a boy, but if memory serves it’s a boy and a girl. They have lighter skin but from their features are obviously black.

שומעים מי בא- it's about the animals in Noach's Ark, but the people in it have darker skin. Very cute book

Not sure what this link is, I got it from a random store, but this is what it looks like- https://babycoupon.co.il/produ.....D_BwE

I don't know if I'm remembering correctly because I last saw it a very long time ago but didn't Savta Simcha have a brown (maybe yemenite?) little boy in some of the books?

I think it's a huge deficit in our literature scene. We have so much in so many ways and yet it's hard to find you if you're not white/of European origin. I mean as a regular player, not as a plot point.

Not exactly what you asked for but you might appreciate The Bamboo Cradle

So to me, the Bamboo Cradle doesn't answer to this at all. It's a book about adopting a Chinese baby. So exotic! That's the entire theme of the book. It's not like one (or more) of the "regular" cast of characters happens to be from a different race.
