Im looking for recommendations for a Cataract specialist (who takes Medicaid) for surgery in NJ.

Someone told me that Amerigroup (part of Medicaid) doesnt cover cataract surgery. Is that possible?
What do people on Medicaid do, if they arent covered for cataract surgery?

You dont have the option of a relative paying for the surgery privately, because Drs say its illegal to take money for surgery.
