In the moment when my six year old is bothering my toddler and won't stop, or in the moment when my toddler looks me in the eye and turns over the plate of food, when I start seeing red and feel like I'm about to scream...
You know that feeling, right? Any tips to, right there, in that second, catch the immediate reaction and stay calm?

I know it sounds weird, but when you're dealing with the kids at crazy time, snack on something that's soothing but also energizing, like a handful of nuts or a piece of cheese. It helps your brain regulate and gives you more reserves.
