The Pikesville Doubletree Hilton is near frum areas but is not within the Eruv. Market Maven and a few kosher restaurants — Sushi Sakura, Goldbergs Bagels, La Croustille Cafe — are close enough to walk.

Do NOT stay in the Howard Johnson on reisterstown Rd. Double Tree is a safe hotel to stay in, but I wouldn't feel safe walking from there to the frum community at night by myself.
