Hi,
Looking for a 36 hour alone time with DH, just to relax. Private pool is a must, anything in the 2 hour drive range from Brooklyn. Any suggestions?

Alternatively, you could rent a cheaper place without a pool, and then rent a nearby private pool on Swimply

Honestly, this is what I would do. Find a hotel with an indoor pool and book a room for a weeknight. Go to the pool first thing in the morning. Chances are, on a Tuesday morning at 7am, it’s empty. That way you won’t need to spend a gazillion dollars. I was just in Florida and no one was using the pool at my hotel on the weekday mornings.

We recently rented this and it was a perfect couple getaway.

Close to Brooklyn, near kosher food with private pool, hot tub and sauna with gorgeous amenties

Perfect place, were looking for something more in budget, as they $600 per night

The Wave in Long Branch is a great option as well - not sure if the pool is open yet for the season.

Has the beach and kosher food as well

It’s a 2 hour flight
You will have a gorgeous private pool and beautiful accommodations.
We went for 2 days. It’s worth it.

We paid $50 for tickets

The bungalow hotel is also beautiful. It’s near the wave. Both are not cheap

There are sales sometimes. I usually find more like 100-120 a ticket though.
I've done short Florida trips as well.

For me it’s not worth it and at least 2-3x the price to go to Florida for such a short time, especially now that we have nice weather here.
