17 DD has a cracked molar that needs to be pulled. Dentist recommended to insert an implant immediately. Anyone has recommendations for a good oral surgeon/dentists in Rockland County?
Would something like this be covered by Medicaid?

Thank you. Do you know if they accept Fidelis insurance?

Fidelis doesn't approve anything for dental, just regular cavities and cleaning/x ray.
U might want to switch to united health care

Implants aren’t covered by most insurances, many consider them cosmetic. I paid a good $3000 for mine, only for it to fail less than a year later.

Dr. Samuel Horowitz- Implant cosmetic and general dentistry of rockland. 8452053997. I highly recommend! I don’t think they take fidelis but either way implants aren’t a covered procedure
