I have 3 days and 2 nights to take vacation with DH. We are in NYC. Dont mind driving up to 6/8 hrs as we enjoy scenic drives.
Or does it make sense to fly for 3 days and 2 nights? Where would you suggest?
We find water very relaxing so any nice relaxing resort on the water....
Need minyan. Food is a bonus but definitely not a must.

Miami is the easy option. If you want something different, Newport is a great on-the-water destination for 2 nights, and it's not far from NYC. You'd need to check with the Touro Synagogue there to confirm if they currently have a daily minyan. Niagara Falls is about 7 hours away with plenty of water, but I don't think they have a reliable daily minyan other than in August. You'd likely have to stay 30 minutes away in Buffalo for their minyan. If you want to head south, you could drive to Norfolk or fly to Myrtle Beach or Charleston SC.
