Found this recipe in a magazine.
It says: Takes only minutes to prepare. and, no one will believe there's no honey in it!!

Honey Cake

1/2 cup Oil
2 cups Sugar
2 Eggs
2 1/2 cups Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 cup Water
2 tsp. Coffee (dissolved)
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/4 cups Applesauce

Dissolve Bkg. soda in the 1/2 cup water.
Place all ing. into mixing bowl. Mix well.
Pour into pan lined with baking paper.
Bake on med. heat until toothpick inserted to center comes out clean.

There's no baking temperature listed?? It says medium---is that 350 degrees??

BTW, it also doesn't list servings and time to bake it?
