Is $8000 annual premium normal for home insurance for a 3 family house in BP?
Thats what I pay with Liberty Mutual. I have separate auto insurance with them as well, so its this high, even with the discount I get for having both with same company.
Does that sound right?
Which companies or insurance brokers should I try for a quote?
Liberty Mutual says my annual premium was raised from $6900 because of increase of cost of rebuilding.

Cant be.
Do you own a 3 family house elsewhere and pay more?
So far, whichever insurance person I spoke to says $8,000 sounds very high.
