I've been in sales for 23 years. What do you want to know? I didn't learn mainly through courses and videos. I learned mainly by doing and via my sales director. And then I became a sales director and taught my people. And then life happened, I un-promoted myself, and decided not to be a director anymore and focus more on my kids. My biggest sales tip is QTIP. Quit Taking It Personally. If someone says no, you'll find others who say yes. Don't worry about why they're saying no or what you can do to get them to say yes. They're not ready. That's ok.
