It was abt 13 yrs ago, it was less than 250k in Lakewood then!

Further OOT, 6 bedroom/4 bathroom single family house 2500+ sq ft with garage and large yard for $1650 a month Very Happy

(but very old house, not in great condition)

Prices are crazy. Especially in Stamford Hill nothing under 1 million for 3 bedroom
