Anyone have a delicious boneless Turkey roast recipe that’s not dry and can be served at room temp? No cranberry sauce please

What I usually do is to make a simple honey mustard glaze (mix together dijon and honey to make a thick paste) and put that all over. You can sprinkle some black pepper over after also.
Best way I found to keep it super moist is to cook it in one of those plastic roasting bags. When it is done cooking, before cutting, let it rest to lock in the moisture.

Is turkey roast just the turkey breast without bones or skin? If so, dinner done has a great recipe that's easy and comes out great every time.

Don't over cook it.
The best way to ensure a moist turkey - or any other meat is to use an instant read thermometer and cook to the specified temperature in the recipe.
This one costs $10.00
