I must confess that I haven't thought of a post Shavuous diet plan; but I could sometimes do with a bit more will power (not powder as I wrote previously) or better still won't power...ie I won't have that piece of chocolate, or I won't nibble at the high fat cheese.
The problem is that they tend to just pop into my mouth.
I walk a lot so at least I burn some calories, which counts for something I hope 😄

Hey, 'wont power'! Good one! Yeah chocolate and cheesecake definitely have a life of their own. Nothing to do with me!

I found this store -Chayuta B'large (don't love the name...) - and I love it. They have stores in Yerushalayim, BB and few other cities. In BB they also have an outlet section upstairs where the stuff is cheaper. I really like their stuff. Comfortable and put together. Not so cheap, and more yeshivish type styles.

I really don't want to get out a tape measure. How can I be sure that the sizes are true? At least at Junee, the 2s have been working well for me, pretty much. (I'm borderline 1x/xl.)

I measure onse in a while or u could measure & write down the measurements
