Not overweight, but my BMI was 19 for a long time and now I gained some weight and its 24. At a regular doctors appointment my GP was so genuinely happy- he said
"I know many ladies don't like to gain weight, but the lower end of 'normal' on the BMI chart is not a healthy place to be, and studies show that these extra 15 lbs put you in a much stronger healthier place. Don't lose them!"

I don’t need to worry about if I need to be extra and wear an even longer skirt or thicker tights, nobody is checking out my legs!
(Except maybe to study edema)

DH and I go on ice-cream dates and we are happy to sit, eat, and laugh. No guilt, no pressure.
