Hi. I'd love to make potato stacks as a side dish for y"t. My oven will be on 250. How can I prepare the dish in advance to rewarm?

What are potato stacks? Can you share the recipe?

I'm not sure of a recipe lol. Basically I'd like to make rounds of gold potatoes and sweet potatoes and then serve them stacked. So either I would bake them first and then stack them, or maybe slice them thinly, and bake them in a muffin tin. Not sure. Any advice?
