What to feed my son who resently became dairy sensitivity and can't have anything that has dairy

Everything but dairy 
There are many kinds of pareve cheeses, milks and yogurts if he enjoys having those. So you can make him pizza, pasta, etc.

There is so much to feed a kid with a dairy allergy. My son is 20 years old and had a dairy allergy from birth. We do pareve (pareve pizza, fried fish, noodles, etc) and a lot of fleishig (chicken, meatballs, etc).
