There are many kinds of pareve cheeses, milks and yogurts if he enjoys having those. So you can make him pizza, pasta, etc.

There is so much to feed a kid with a dairy allergy. My son is 20 years old and had a dairy allergy from birth. We do pareve (pareve pizza, fried fish, noodles, etc) and a lot of fleishig (chicken, meatballs, etc).
