I baked a top of rib low and slow all day today. Now I’m not sure what to do with it. Do I slice it thinly? How do I serve it? Even though it’s been in a sauce in the oven since 10:30 am it still seems pretty tough.

If you slice it really thin against the grain (like with an electric slicer) and let it sit in the sauce then it might be okay. I cook mine at 350 for 3 hours to get it to be cooked (in water and onion soup mix). To be honest it’s not my favorite cut of meat.
