It is flat, with layers, pretty sure osem pudding mix is used. Can't google in ivrit sadly

From Riva Pomerantz Biet Hachlama cheesecake:
2 small containers of shamenet metukah li’haktzafah/ sweetened dairy whip cream or one large-sized container
1 container of shamenet chamutzah/sour cream
1/2 c. gevinah levanah/Quark cheese
5 tbsp. vanilla pudding powder
Whip all ingredients together until stiff and pour into a crust of your choice. I simply mix biscuit crumbs with a little vanilla sugar and press it into place. Add toppings as desired

From my Israeli neighbors:
Mix:
750 grams gvinah levana
1 1/2 cups sugar
6 tsp vanilla pudding mix
Whip a container of Shamenet metuka and fold in.
Put 1 layer of tea biscuits on the bottom of a pan.
Put 1/3 of the cheese mixture.
Put another layer of biscuits.
Put 1/3 of the cheese mixture.
Put a third layer of biscuits.
Put last 1/3 of cheese mixture.
Decorate with chocolate syrup.

We call it the gan cheesecake
I've been experiencing with
1 250 gram gvinah levana
And one package of osem pudding
I did one layer of lotus cookies, cheese mixture and then cookie crumbs
It was delicious, the cheese layer was nice and thick
