Thanks so much for all the responses.
I managed to speak to someone from non urgent care and they said to keep an eye on it.
They asked me couple of questions and advised pain killers and compress.
Bh its actually gone down, a little bit swollen on top of lid.

That happened to me when I was about eight or nine. I had a black eye for a few days. No lasting effects.
(My father got hit by a cricket ball, and you can still see the dent in the middle of his forehead, sixty years later.)

As someone with vision issues I would not take a chance. In my opinion you should run to or at least speak to an eye doctor. The retina is a very fragile thing. Everything should be okay but just to be on the safe side I would go.

This is not enough. Only an eye doctor with the proper equipment can do a thorough eye exam that can tell you if everything is okay. They're not concerned about the eyelid, it's the eye itself and the retina specifically that is very sensitive and needs to be evaluated.

If you are in London, Moorfield eye hospital have a walk in a&e or you can try going to your local optician and see if they can do a quick check.

Any time there’s an injury to head area it must be checked out… as per my pediatrician.
