I would say for sure from morning til lunch. If you're worried, freeze the sandwich to give you more time

I made a cream cheese bagel for lunch at 7am this morning. It was out all day. I had it at about 2pm. It was fine. I dont see any issue at all.

Officially? 2hrs once it’s at room temp.

I send them to school for lunch with no ice pack and no one’s gotten sick. That’s about 4 hrs.
