Does anyone have the portabella mushroom and spinach salad from the BY cookbook? I just need ingredients for the dressing. I gave my cookbook away and want to make it for YT...thanks!!!

Dressing:
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 Tablespoon sugar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
For glazed portobello slices:
1 pound portobello mushrooms, gills removed
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon teriyaki sauce
For salad:
One pound fresh spinach leaves
