Is anyone else having issues with delayed shipments recently?
I've been an avid shopper for about 3 years. I usually make big orders that qualify for express shipping. I live in NJ.
They used to come in a week or less.
Lately so many shipments are getting delayed and it's so annoying. I ordered stuff for Shavuos over 2 weeks ago and the tracking of the package is still stuck at 10 days ago. Oh well. Looks like I won't have it on time.
I did chat with them and they said they are looking into it. Doesn't help me much.
Anyway, just wondering if anyone else is having issues.

Yup that's where mine is stuck too! I've never had this before.
Granted they did give me $25 because I had selected the on time delivery guarantee and this shipment for some reason was broken up into 5 orders but shipped in one box so they gave me $5 per order.
But I really wanted the stuff!

I keep calling fedex for updates. I feel like the more people they know that are looking for their stuff the better

Maybe it's 1 trailer that got derailed or something. I wonder what's going on.
