hi, I make my shnitzel with mayonaisse and seasoned breadcrumbs and then bake. I was wondering if I could prep them and then freeze some raw to bake a different shabbos? trying to prepare a "freezer" shabbos.
Thank you!

Yes sure. Freeze with parchment paper in between pieces so they don't stick together.

If by flash freeze you mean to freeze first in a single layer, I don't bother. (if you do that you probably wouldn't need the parchment to keep them separate

Same. I make a stack in a bag with little squares of parchment paper in between. Squeeze out all air and freeze.
