I have a really good roast that fell apart.
I'm thinking to use it as a filler in egg rolls with mushroom sauce on top
Will this work and what can I add to the roast to make it a good filling? Tysm!!!

You can drain the shredded beef and mix with just a couple spoons BBQ sauce.

I do it often freeze the extra roast that fell apart. But if it’s flavorful I leave as is if not I add in some sauces like little duck sauce and sweet chili soy sauce.
