No oil or mayonnaise or any fat. No store bought dressing. Sick of vinegar/lemon juice. Ideas?

Why do you need dressing?

Avocado blended with herbs and water or juice if no oil. Pesto but it's going to have oil I guess unless you sub something. What about a dip like a juicy tomato with herbs, drizzled onto the salad?

Thin out a drop of Dijon mustard and drizzle over your salad.
You may enjoy Ume Plum Vinegar (ooh mei). It's salty and has an delicious umami taste.
Any reason you're avoiding even 1 tsp of olive oil with your vegetables? Do you realize your body won't absorb most of the nutrients in the veggies without it?

That's not really dressing then... Maybe some kind of sauce or salsa?

Honey mustard and lemon juice
Balsamic vinegar and either sugar or raspberry jelly (and salt and pepper).
Salsa thinned with a little water and a little fat free mayo
Nothing I would enter in a contest, but good enough.
Look through your pantry, see what you have and experiment. Worst case scenario, you eat a lousy salad and don’t make it again.

Maybe honey mustard mixed with water to thin it out?

I used to do tehini pretty thinned out when I was eating better.
But these all have some fat. Why do you need NO fat. A little bit of fat is important in your diet - even on a very low cal one.
