The more I think about it, the more I think my 2 month old is a teenager in the body of a baby
He's grumpy when he wakes up, no matter the time
He's even grumpier if I woke him
He needs to be entertained all day or he gets bored which leads to kvetching
Always ready to eat
Crys for no reason
Gets upset at me and doesn't tell me why, just gives me the silent treatment and expects me to get it on my own
Never listens to me
Sleeps at the weirdest most inconvenience times
Is inconsistent and unpredictable
I'm constantly cleaning up after him
He needs everything NOW!!

Gosh, if this is how he is now, who knows what his teenage years will bring???

Hm...you seem to have a somewhat dim view of children. A conventional one, though.

My hardest baby has actually been a pleasure to have as a teenager. Hang in there 😉

This was my hardest child.
He’s a teen and my life is a nightmare.
Sorry - I hope your baby grows up and grows out of this.
Mine never did 😢
(I have other children who are BH well adjusted)

Well could be personality coming out Smile) or something bothers him.... Observe if he cry more when he can not see you? after meal or hungry? colic? if you give him a toy, will he play or through it away? Angry or just uncomfortable? Likes to be carry, rocked or let be still? any strong diapers or body odors? does he touch or rub ears? Also, does it depends on the foods you eat? Try to skip gluten for few days and see if baby will feel better.

Keep trying and stay strong.

I didn't think so, I have 4 beside this one. But hey, you never know! And maybe that's the reason for him being so colicky, to enlighten my understanding of children in all the areas his siblings have failed to do so

Very curious about the silent treatment! Does he give you the side eye or slam his door??

another vote for terrible babies don't make terrible teenagers. I was a truly horrible baby. Didn’t sleep, colic, screamed when held, screamed when both hungry and full, food sensitivities galore, the whole nine yards. And I was WAY less drama than my sister was as a teenager 😅

He defiantly gives me the side eye:) I try talking to him, he just stares right at me and suddenly bursts out crying as if I offended his feelings
